Certifications
To me Yoga is a way of life and requires ongoing learning and evolution. Below are my current certifications which I plan to continually add to so I can grow as both an instructor and a human being.

Yoga Sculpt Certification
Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic workout which combines resistance training, cardio & yoga. This training has provided me with the skills to teach a safe and effective Yoga Sculpt class that will strengthen you mentally & physically!

200-hour Teacher Training
I completed my 200hr WHY Power Teacher Training in 2022 through West Hartford Yoga where I learned so much more then how to "teach yoga". Through this time, I discovered the inner most parts of myself and it was the catalyst for my spiritual journey.
Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certification
I began my Prenatal training during my own pregnancy in 2023 and after experiencing all the benefits firsthand, I knew it was something I wanted to share. I then went on to complete my 85hr Prenatal certification online in 2024 so I could provide an additional population of students with a safe environment to practice.

20hr Postnatal Baby & Me Certification
In early 2024 (simultaneously with my Prenatal course) I completed a 20hr Postnatal certification through Awakened Spirit to increase my knowledge and skills so I could further serve the Perinatal population.

Reiki I
In an effort to connect further to my intuition (I discovered there was a disconnect during my 200hr) I decided to take Reiki 1 with Blissful by Melissa.

Reiki II
After an amazing experience in Reiki I, I took it a step further completing the 2nd level in which I was able to further connect to my own energy and learn the tools to be able to share this with others.

50hr Mindful Eating Certification
Mindfulness is the non-judgmental, moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and environment.
In this course I gained knowledge and the tools to use a Mindfulness based approach to improve our relationship with both food and our body so we can focus on living the life we aspire to live.

I believe that Yoga can be an instrumental tool in the Prevention & Recovery of Eating Disorder. It is my desire to provide a safe space for students who are struggling with an ED or an unhealthy relationship with food and/or their body. To help give me the tools I need, I have completed both a 3-day online Immersion with Eat Breathe Thrive as well as the "Eating Disorders: How yoga supports Prevention and Recovery" course through Give Back Yoga.
